Terms of Use and Conditions

Considering that Harmonisex sells products and services over the internet; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Furora Store (“Products”) through its sales channels; The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services by customers of the Harmonisex website.

I. Confidentiality: Harmonisex is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the website is audited daily and guaranteed against hackers through the “Site Blindado” seal.

II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has access to this service to answer questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be contacted by email or WhatsApp.

III. Delivery Policy: The delivery time for Products is provided during the purchase process and is calculated in business days. Products are delivered Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I - The Customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the product dimensions, ensuring that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors, and corridors at the delivery location. The product will not be assembled or disassembled, transported via stairs and/or doors and windows, or hoisted.

III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between deliveries. It is essential that there is a person authorized by the buyer, over the age of 18, at the requested address, carrying identification to receive the goods and sign the delivery note. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Harmonisex Distribution Center.

III.III - After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance payment, or request priority delivery.

III.IV - The delivery time provided during the product purchase process takes into account inventory, region, invoice issuance process, and product preparation time. Each time the order delivery status is updated, the Furora Store system automatically sends alert emails to the customer.

III.V - The delivery shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI - Harmonisex does not authorize the carrier to: enter the residence; deliver by alternative means (e.g., hoisting the product through a window); install or maintain products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than the one listed on the DANFE; deliver to minors or individuals without identification.

III.VII - Harmonisex is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is due exclusively to customer issues, therefore, it is necessary for the customer to appear at the tax office for the goods to be released, given that in these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to the interested parties.

IV. Right of withdrawal: the Customer shall be entitled to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to Harmonisex in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual, and all its accessories.

IV.I - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly on the Control Panel, under the topic “cancel order.” The expenses incurred for collection or shipping of the Product will be borne by Furora Store.

IV.II - Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, Harmonisex will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for a refund of the total purchase amount.

IV.III - For purchases made by credit card, the card issuer will be notified and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent statement, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The card issuer is responsible for the reimbursement period and for charging the remaining installments afterFurora Store  has fully refunded the Product's value to the Customer's credit card.
